At Marqués de Riscal we are committed to the safety of visitors and employees, which is why we have adopted the following measures:
TOURS, SHOP AND WINEBAR
- Continuous cleaning and disinfection of our facilities.
- Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in all buildings.
- Reorganisation of spaces to maintain the safety distance.
- Protective screens at all counters.
- Capacity reduction and control.
- Indicative signage on the shop floor.
- Reduction in the number of people per visiting group to maintain safety distance.
- Cafeteria menu and allergens available in QR code.
- Virtual satisfaction questionnaires.

VISITORS
- Please, use hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance.
- Please, respect the signage.
- We recommend you to book in advance at www.marquesderiscal.com, and to pay by mobile phone or credit card.
- All customers, including children from 6 years old, are obliged to wear a mask (provided by themselves). - The mask may only be dispensed with during the tasting, but always keeping a safe distance.
- Please avoid touching surfaces.
- Use the lift only if necessary (only one person or family unit per trip).
