Marqués de Riscal once again remain faithful to their pursuit of innovation by producing a Txakoli wine, in collaboration with the Caserío Upaingoa and the Fundation Aldaixa.

A wine with a different style, made from the autochthonous hondarrabi zuri grape and aged on its lees, so as to obtain a more complex, gastronomic wine, with a fuller body and great cellaring potential; a wine for the future.
